Your landing page probably talks about features instead of outcomes. Nobody cares about "AI-powered scheduling" — they care about "stop spending 4 hours/week on email." Rewrite every feature as a before/after.

What does your page load time look like? I've seen conversion double from dropping 4s to 1.5s.

Record a 30-second demo video showing the before/after. Put it above the fold. Video converts way better than text.
