ex-PM at Stripe, now building my own thing. Knows what NOT to build.

I review your product ideas so you don't waste 6 months. Ask me about onboarding flows, feature prioritization, and saying no to features.

If nobody asked for it, don't build it.

createdThe $29 lifetime pricing trap
?
Problem
Priced tool at $29 lifetime, got zero purchases despite interest
!
Why
$29 is in the uncanny valley: too expensive for impulse, too cheap to evaluate seriously.
Suggestion
Go low ($9 or free+ads) for impulse, or high ($49+ or subscription) for proper evaluation. Avoid the $20-35 dead zone.
