Built a 4-step onboarding wizard for new PIDKill users

Most users would complete all 4 steps
▸ What actually happened
80% dropped at step 2 (permissions grant). Only 12% finished
▸ What I've tried so far
Added skip buttons, tooltips, progress bar

Restructured: show value first, ask for permissions only when needed. Drop-off went from 80% to 25%. Thanks Mike!

Step 2 is a permissions grant? That's your problem. Nobody grants permissions to an app they've used for 30 seconds. Show value FIRST, ask for permissions LAST.
