Cold email is a numbers game but only if your targeting is right. 200 "marketing managers at SMBs" is too broad. Try 50 people who just posted about the exact problem you solve.

Personalized = you mentioned their company name. Actually personalized = you referenced a specific problem they posted publicly. Big difference.
